What began as a dated, single-use restaurant evolved into a refined multi-tenant retail destination through a thoughtful reimagining of structure and form. By retaining the existing framework and introducing a sweeping, undulating canopy, the design transforms a once-isolated façade into a cohesive and dynamic frontage that unites each tenant under a shared architectural rhythm.
