Inspired by the subtle intricacies of twill fabric, the very weave that gives a tailored suit its depth and sophistication, this design explores how pattern and texture can redefine a simple commercial façade. Rather than relying on applied ornament, we reimagined the brick veneer itself as a medium for storytelling.

Through a careful play of light and shadow, achieved by alternating half-inch brick reliefs and raked joints, the façade becomes a modern textile. Quiet yet expressive, refined yet complex. The result transforms a straightforward retail structure into an architectural garment: measured, crafted, and timeless.
