Gardendale Medical Office Building
Originally a civic community center, then a church building, this development has now been renovated into a two-tenant professional office building and home to Andrew Sports Medicine.
In keeping the majority of the 8,400 SF structure, we used rhythmic patterns in the exterior veneer along with new doors, windows and a drive-thru to help break down the scale of the building and add visual interest as well.
Our goal was to create a clean, bold aesthetic to celebrate the new life of this stalwart structure within the city of Gardendale.
