Located on Choctawhatchee Bay in Walton County Florida, this carriage house (fondly called the Flotilla House as it houses boats not cars), is designed to  coexist with the main house (now under construction) which exists at the convergence of oceanic wave theory algorithms, and a family’s love for adventure on the ocean.
